Lots of furniture is built to last but with regular use it doesn’t always look that way.  After a while you might start thinking about replacing furniture that is faded and all scratched up. Perhaps a family heirloom that really can’t be replaced.  Or your child’s bedroom set that would now be perfect for your grandchild.  Replacement could be very expensive.  Alternately, you can give it new life with a makeover.

Depending on the size of the furniture our 4-step process begins looking at and measuring the furniture to be made over. If large we will visit your home to meet with you or can use photos graphs and measurements you provide. If small enough to transport, you can bring it in for us to have a look at.  Either way, we discuss the available options, and find out what you would like the furniture to look like.

1. This first step is completed by our preparing and sending you a quote. We make sure that we estimate the cost of each piece of furniture separately, which is helpful should you want to makeover each piece over time.
2. Upon your acceptance of the quote we move to our second step which is to discuss the timing of the furniture makeover and schedule the work. Payment of the deposit is required at this point.
3. The third step is where the principal furniture renovation occurs and is carried out at our shop. If relevant and selected, new handles are ordered at this time.
4. Our fourth and final step is to polish the furniture, install handles if needed, and contact you about pick-up, or delivery if arranged. Payment of the balance outstanding is due within one week of completion.
